2. Description of Service

Polish AI is a Chrome extension and web service that uses artificial intelligence to help users polish and improve their written text. The Service offers both free and paid subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

Free Tier: You may use the Service without creating an account, subject to daily usage limits.

Pro Subscription: To access Pro features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate or distribute harmful, illegal, or offensive content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Payment and Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the current rate ($9/month). Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Polish AI and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any text you submit to the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. AI-generated results may not always be accurate or appropriate for your intended use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polish AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
